This package is a complete collection of ALL the piercing training packages that are currently available at The Piercing School. It’s suited to those who are planning to make a career as a body piercer and would like their skill portfolio to include all piercing services. This package is where you’ll find our comprehensive male and female genital piercing trainings and the dermal anchor module. When these trainings are added to the new Level 1+ package they provide a complete foundation for all safe and popular piercings being done today.
This package includes:
Level 1+ Training:
- Piercing Theory Modules: Our most comprehensive training package ever. Includes specific modules for all the most common piercings, our Ear Intensive training modules, and modules on practical piercing skills including- correct sterilization, cross contamination prevention, and understanding body jewellery, and more.
- The Piercing Skills Lab: Taught during your first on-site practical day where you will learn ALL the skills needed to perform the piercings you'll be doing on your 2nd & 3rd Practical Days including-appropriate client interaction, piercing marking techniques, needle receiving tubes and clamps - how and when to use them, the 3 piercing techniques you'll use for all future piercings, and much more.
- Practical Piercing Days: Under full supervision you'll spend this time learning all the things you can only learn once you actually have a person in front of you to pierce. We'll be using all the techniques from the Skills Lab, and all the information from the theory modules, and over 20 years experience, to ensure that you do some GREAT piercings from the Level 1+ list.
The Practical Piercing days run once every two months, so you have plenty of time to master the theory modules before embarking on your three on-site days. To view upcoming on-site days, click here.
Genital Intensive Training:
Our genital piercing training is information-focused training rather than skills based. All genital piercings use one of the 3 piercing methods covered thoroughly in the Level 1+ practical sessions.
Includes:
- Theory Modules: General genital piercing information that applies to the unique and interesting world of genital piercing as well as specific procedures for each type of genital piercing.
- Training videos: Step-by-step instructional training videos for each piercing - featuring a variety of genital anatomy. People are rarely the same so learning which jewellery size or style best suits each person will result in a good result for everyone.
- Group Training: On-site group genital piercing training sessions are usually conducted once each year. These sessions focus on the special skill set needed to comfortably look after your genital piercing clients confidently and professionally. A seat in these training sessions is included when you purchase this module.
Dermal Intensive Training:
The installation of dermal anchors uses a uniquely different technique when compared to standard piercings. A dermal punch is used instead of a needle to create the pocket needed to house the dermal anchor base.
It is for this reason an additional practical day is included as a part of this training package where you will learn and practice placing dermal anchors on models provided by you - or us.
This training package includes:
- A step-by-step instructional video: outlining installation and removal of dermal anchors.
- Comprehensive training manual: detailing everything you need to know to successfully install dermal anchors.
- One-day hands-on practical: under full supervision performing your first dermal anchors.
